Thorsens Chipskartofler A\/S takes care of all the logistics \u2013 starting from retrieving potatoes from the field until delivering them to the customer. We do this because we work by a princip called \u201cjust in time\u201d. It means that we always aim to achieve the shortest possible time from first handling of the potatoes until they are received by the customer. This is due to the fact as soon as you start to treat potatoes the quality of potatoes starts to slowly degrade, this process starts slowly as soon as the handling is begun.<\/p>\n

Therefore we achieve the best quality by working by the \u201cjust in time\u201d principle.<\/strong><\/p>\n
