Warehouses<\/h2>\n

All our warehouses have a combination of conditioning and ventilation so that we can keep a constant temperature for the potatoes and at the same time have as few hours for ventilation as possible. Both things are important to disturb the potatoes least possible and thus achieve the best possible quality.<\/p>\n

At Thorsens Chipskartofler A\/S we have place to store 40,000 tons. Most is in bulk storage but there are also around 7,800 tons stored in boxes where the organic potatoes are stored. The newest storage unit was build in 2021 and holds up to 12.000 tons<\/p>\n

All our warehouses are new and equipped with the latest technology for loading, ventilation and conditioning purposes. Loading in the warehouses is automatic with PLC controlled conveyer belt system attached to the roof.[\/vc_column_text]
