Course about potatoes for all employees

Thorsens Chipskartofler had a course about potatoes yesterday for all employees. This included a trip to different potato fields, where Torben from our agro department explained about the different varieties and diseases. We saw crisp potatoes, peeling potatoes and organic potatoes. After the trip to the fields there was a presentation about the physiology of the potato. The day was exciting for everyone and both new and old employees got more knowledge.
